CHEF MAUREEN MCGUIRE
Maureen is a graduate of the prestigious Institute
of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City.
Under the tutelage of Chef Daniel Humm (James Beard Foundation's Rising Star Chef 2007), she fine-tuned her skills during an intense and
extensive stint at the elegant and trendy Eleven Madison Park Restaurant in the fashionable Flatiron district of Manhattan.
While her tenure at ICE afforded a multi-cuisine experience, she chose to concentrate on catering
as her personal vocation. Maureen is delighted
that her life-long avocation has evolved to become Gourmet Thyme! |
